SYMPTOMS
Incorrect readings can be a result of a defective cable or one that was
lengthened improperly.

RESOLUTION
1) They are digital.
2) Troubleshooting depends on the symptom.

Here are some things to check:

Incorrect readings can be a result of a defective cable or one that was lengthened improperly.

Look for cable shorts to the chiller frame. Turn off the power and measure between the uninsulated wire at the controller connection (the shield drain) and the chassis. It should be an open circuit.

Verify that the wires are actually attached to the connector. (We have seen them pulled out of the connector).
