This article describes how to add a water change over panel to a chiller that was not originally shipped with one.

SYMPTOMS
How can I retro fit a Legacy City Water change over panel to a chiller that was not originaly shipped with one?

RESOLUTION
When a chiller is order with an auto city water change over option, the chillers control system has been specifically designed to control the remote city water change over panel also provided with this option. Legacy does not offer support to perform custom field conversion to existing chillers that where not originally ordered with the city water change over option.
