LASER FUSION PROJECT FEATURED IN OLIVER STONE’S LATEST MOVIE WALL STREET 2.

DIAMOND SPRINGS, CA, November 1, 2010 – In Oliver Stone’s latest movie Wall Street 2, the public receives a sneak peek into the future. In the movie, Laser Fusion introduces the possibility of firing lasers at a single point containing sea water.

The reaction caused from such a process could potentially generate enough energy to power the entire USA for up to 48 hours on less than five gallons of sea water.

In October of 2010, Legacy Chiller Systems Inc. performed final commissioning on two custom designed PWCT240D process chiller systems for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories (www.LLNL.gov) located in Livermore, CA.

At LLNL’s National Ignition Facility testing is currently underway to determine if Laser Fusion is possible. Full scale tests of this ground breaking venture are expected to begin in 2011.

“We are proud to be part of such an exciting and rewarding project that could eventually make the United State energy independent” says Martin King, President of Legacy Chiller Systems, Inc.

“It’s fantastic that Legacy can be a part of this project and we look forward to helping this effort in any way we can” says King.
