Micro Processor J10 Alarm Contacts

SUMMARY
Article covers basic information on the Legacy Micro Processor J10 alarm relays

RESOLUTION
Located on the back of the Legacy chiller micro processor controller (top right), there is a J10 terminal designation that is used for remote alarm connections. This block contains a Common (com), normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) set of contacts. These contacts will change position on all chiller alarms that result in a chiller shutdown. For a detailed list, see links below for access to the IOM booklet.

Important note: The J10 relay is rated at 10A, 250vac. Over amping these contacts could result in damage that is not covered under Legacy factory limited warranty.
