Customers looking for system fluid
testing services should review the steps below. If you have any

Step #1: Do you need testing services?
Our number #1 comment is "my system fluid is turning a strange
color" If this is the case, you can benefit from testing. In many
cases, dumping chemicals in your system to go after what you think
is in there can actually make your system more contaminated. Legacy
recommends first to determine what is causing the coloration of your
system fluid and then treating the system with specific products to
resolve the issue.
Step #2: Getting your system fluid tested - IT'S EASY!
Find two commercial grade CLEAN 8 oz plastic bottles, fill
the bottles with system fluid and ship the samples UPS or FEDEX to:
Legacy Chiller Systems, Inc. Attn: Test lab, 484 main Street #1,
Diamond Springs, CA. 95619. Shortly after receiving your samples,
one of our test engineers will call to discuss your samples, collect
a fee of $125.00 (please have your VISA or MASTERCARD ready), and
provide an ETA on test results. IMPORTANT:
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BOTTLES TO NOT LEAK.
Step #3: Getting your results
Normally we return test results via email in 7-10 business days
depending on our workload at the time. Shortly after receiving your
results, one of our process engineers will call to review results
and recommend a treatment program to clean up and maintain your
system.
