About Registering

Simple, Just look up the Webinar class that you would like to attend (above) and click the "Register Now" link. This will take you to a class registry page. Just fill out the form and you are done. Note: You must register for each class separately.

What to expect once you register

Shortly after you submit the Webinar registry form for the session(s) you would like to attend, our Webinar system will  email a session confirming to you.  Each session confirmation email will contain a special web link, unique ID number, call in phone number and a password. Make sure to save this email as you will need the information to enter the training session.

Our system will also send you two reminder notice emails as one week and one hour prior to your scheduled training session.

Important: If you do not receive your session confirmation(s) within one hour of registering, we recommend that you check your email spam filter system.

Will I be able to ask the instructor questions during class?: Yes, After class your instructor will open up microphones for questions.

Can Mac users join a Webinar?:

Yes, Macintosh® users can attend Webinars.

Can I view presentations in full-screen format?:  Yes. On the top of the Attendee Control Panel, click the View Menu button and select the Full Screen option. Or, on the Attendee Grab Tab on the side of the control panel you can click the View button to toggle between Full Screen and Window viewing. For an illustrated explanation, consult User Help.
