Quote Wizard use:
Getting
your Quote Wizard account
In order to take
advantage of our Quote Wizard benefits, you must
first create an account. From the
Quote Wizard
Registration page, you will see two options
for account creation:
Option #1(List):
If you are only looking for ball park highest costs (List
Price) this is a
good option.
Option #2
(Gold Discount): If you are looking for the most
accurate pricing, this is the best option. Please keep in
mind that it
normally takes
24-48 hours to approve your GOLD account request. Once
approved, GOLD users will receive an email indicating approval of GOLD account
status. All existing quotes in your Quote Wizard account (as well as
any new quotes) will have a discount
automatically applied.
Using
the quote Wizard:
Most find the
functionality of our Quote Wizard system quick and
user-friendly.
In the table below, you will find basic information on how the system works. Again, if you have any
questions, feel free to contact us.

1. Getting you Username / Password
(U/P): Once you have
registered for your account, our system will email
your new Username and Password (U/P) within 15 - 30
minutes. |
If you do not get your U/P
within 30 minutes, please call our office. When you
receive your email from our system with your U/P, a
link to the login screen will be provided. |

2. Logging into the system:
Enter your U/P into the login screen. |
For security reasons, your Quote Wizard U/P is case
sensitive. To prevent login delays due to type errors
we recommend that you copy/paste the information
from the email that our system sent to you into the
required fields on the login screen. |

3. Your User Desktop: From the user
desktop screen, you have many options to choose from
located in the left pane. In the center column of
the user desktop, you also have the ability to review
previous quotes. From the screen you will also have
the ability to download a free copy of our SystemSyzer software
that can be VERY helpful with basic system design. |
It is important to note that you are free to create
as may quotes as you want within your account. You
also have the option to add a project name to each
quote that is a big time saver should you want to
reuse the same quote for multiple projects. More on
this function below. |

4. Getting a new quote: From the user desk
top screen clicking on "Get A New Chiller Quote" .
This will start the wizard process. Each
screen is designed to provide you with enough
information to make your selections. At ANY
time if you feel unsure of yourself feel free to
start over by simply clicking on the "Get A New
Chiller Quote" in the left pane. |
Screen#1(Select Family): The first step is to
determine if you want a water-cooled or air-cooled
condenser. On-screen, you will see an explanation of
advantages / disadvantages of both. To make your
selection just click on the picture.
Screen#2(Tank or Tankless): The next screen
provides information on chillers with integrated
tanks and standard tankless. On-screen, you will see
an explanation of advantages / disadvantages of both
types of systems. To make your selection just click
on the picture.
Screen#3(Package/Split): The next screen
provides information on chillers that are package,
meaning the system is self contained vs a split
application where the chillers condenser section is
remote. On-screen, you will see an explanation of
advantages / disadvantages of both types of systems.

Screen#4(Select Capacity): The next screen
is where you can select from many chiller
capacities. This screen has two sections. The top
section provides a tool where you can input basic
information such as flow rate temp in/out. As you
enter this information, the tool will calculate your
cooling capacity requirement. Once you have your
process cooling requirement, you should proceed to
the bottom section where you can select a chiller
that meets your needs.
Screen#5(Select Options): The next screen
is where you can select from available options. If
you see an option and are not sure what it
does, just click on the "?" next to that option. As
you select options from the list the total price for the
project will automatically be calculated.
Screen#6(Name Project): The next screen has
several functions. First, you have the ability to
name your project. Second, if your project requires
multiple chillers, you will have the ability to
enter the number of chillers you need for an
additional volume discount. Third, if you have a
"Promotional Code" you can enter that code for an
additional discount. Fourth, you can register your
quote for "Project Price Protection". To learn more
about this feature, click the "Learn More" link.
Lastly, you have the ability to request a CD
catalog.
Screen#7(Quote Review): The Final page
provides a complete review of your quote. In the
left pane, you have several options to print, email
and edit any section of your quote. At any time you
can also return to your project from your list
located on your user desktop for any future edits.

5. OEM specialty applications:
The Quote Wizard system allows you to select from
many pre-engineered cooling applications. |
If you don't find your application on
the OEM list, don't panic. You can always get a standard
Quote Wizard quote. If you have a special
application, and you are not sure what you are
doing, PLEASE CALL US. We are here to help.

6. Stock Chillers: The Quote
Wizard system allows you to check our inventory.

Again, if you don't find your ideal
chiller on the list, don't panic. You can always do
a standard Quote Wizard quote. If you have a special
