Intellectual
Property
Visitor
acknowledges that all material ("Material") on or used by the Legacy
Chiller website is either owned by or licensed to Legacy Chiller and
is protected by various copyright laws and other intellectual property
protection laws, rules or regulations. Visitor may not modify,
remove, delete, augment, ad to, publish, transmit, participate in the
transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way
exploit any of the Materials, in whole or in part. Visitor may make
copies of select portions of the Materials, provided that the copies
are made only for Visitor's personal use and that Visitor maintains

Registration
Visitor agrees to

as required by the registration page of the Legacy Chiller website.
Further, Visitor agrees to maintain and promptly update the

Visitor does not provide accurate information, Legacy Chiller may at
its discretion, terminate Visitor's member account, cease to provide
any services or cancel any orders placed by Visitor.
Membership

the appropriate registration page on the Legacy Chiller website,
Visitor will receive a password and account designation. It is
Visitor's responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the
account designation and password and Visitor is fully responsible for
all activity conducted under Visitor's account and password. Visitor
will not give Visitor's password or account information to any third
party. Visitor will immediately notify Legacy Chiller of any
unauthorized use of Visitor's password or account or of any other
breach of security. Legacy Chiller will not be liable for any loss or
damage arising from Visitor's failure to comply with the terms of this

If Visitor sends
any message or communication to Legacy Chiller, such message or
communication will be the property of Legacy Chiller and will not be
returned. Legacy Chiller shall have the right to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such
messages or communications, including the Visitor's name.

When a Visitor
enters the Legacy Chiller website, Legacy Chiller collects some basic
information. This includes which pages are visited, types of products
purchased, and any feedback from the Visitor. Legacy Chiller then

Applicable Law
This Agreement
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California without regard to conflicts of law provisions
thereof. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
state and federal courts of California.
